Strict 5 minute late policy or service will be rescheduled.
24 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows an opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment. Client will be charged the full amount of service and this amount must be paid prior to next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Any client who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged FULL PRICE.
